It's the year 2020, and almost the entire human race has gone extinct. In 2015, an unknown virus began spreading across the globe. The virus killed most people it inhabited, but those who survived were rewarded with immortality. The virus changed their entire bodies until they became, what many survivors called, vampires. These vampires were unlike any of the vampires that had been imagined. The first round of vampires were able to go out during daylight hours. But when they began feeding off many of the human survivors the newly born vampires could not face the sunlight. No one knows why this is, the vampires figure it's the dividing line between the royal bloods and other vampires.
For five years humans fought against the virus, they came up with a vaccine that would help prevent the virus from spreading to them if they ever were bitten, but it wasn't effective 100% of the time. Eventually the human numbers were so small that they went into hiding to survive. But when the many vampires realized that there was a shortage in food, they began hunting down humans and capturing, enslaving them, forcing them to reproduce so that humans would never go extinct, and so that vampire could continued to thrive. But even then the numbers of vampires began to increase. The solution? Any of the humans that had been fed off of were killed or exiled.
But now, in the unknown hideout of the surviving humans they are beginning to grow in numbers. Every day they grow stronger and are devising a plan to destroy the race of vampires and get the world that they once ruled back.
